You stupid things, from the familiar rules of the road and put the livelihood and freedom allowed venture of seafarers. One thing to anchor in a channel occupies a sailboat and provided they do not have rights. Boaters answers? I pray that these people can be sucked into the crushing black depths of their stupidity.

Because they have money to buy a yacht.
You see, people are naive. Have you ever seen a child who thinks he's a mechanic, because he bought a set of tools for Sears? Exactly the same thing with boats. A man buys a yacht and figures he can, if he can lead sails. There are no lights and no speed limit.
But I do not want the Coast Guard "Chest of Davy Jones ... because they necessarily come to you or me in the back with them.
One thing I learned along the coast, it is just because someone has a yacht, or is a master mariner, does not mean they are intelligent and experienced.
Some people absolutely no idea of the water.
One or two days after 9 / 11 I knew a man who decided to learn sailing.
Fast reached one of our U-boats. The sailors were piles of the subcommittee with weapons ready to take off from the water.
